“Why dwell on the past when I dream of the things I’ve yet to see.”
Thank you for visiting my profile page.
Since 1998, I have worked in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, fitness manager, and trainer instructor/recruiter. Without a doubt, my greatest joy comes from training clients one on one. I believe that your workouts should be safe and effective while also educational and empowering so that the sessions become lifelong lessons in health and fitness. My areas of expertise include weight loss, performance enhancement, corrective exercise, hypertrophy/strength endurance training and when appropriate, post-rehab fitness. I would like to share a few basic principles that I have observed over the years that have made my clients successful…
-Take action EVERY DAY
-Measure successes, accept small setbacks, and believe with absolute conviction that this goal will be accomplished.
-Have the support of a professional personal trainer to educate and empower you to maintain a healthy lifestyle on your own.
Whatever has brought you here today, please know that yesterday no longer matters. From this moment on you can change the bad habits and learn proper exercise techniques that will ensure safe, effective and fun workouts. Taking the first step is always the toughest part. Once you have made the decision to change and once you start working effectively towards your goal, you will feel invigorated like never before. There will be challenges and sometimes even setbacks but with a clear vision of what you want to accomplish and why, I promise you the successes will multiply. As a National Academy of Sports Medicine CPT and HFPN Certified Coach, I will put my experience, passion and professionalism to work for you.
If you are ready for a change, let’s get to work together!!!
