You are all really supporting and helping each other achieve the lifestyle that YOU want to live!
 
You’ve been sending me some great questions -- keep them coming! There is so much misinformation out there regarding everything from carbohydrates (are they all bad?) and sugar, to what makes a healthy snack and how much protein we really need each day. Please let me know what’s on your mind and encourage friends, family and co-workers to join you on the journey. The more people we tell about the healthy changes we’re making, the more accountable we become.
