Bio
Kimberly Harms, D.D.S. is currently a national spokesperson and Consumer Advisor for the American Dental Association.
Dr. Harms has appeared on the Today Show, CNN, Fox News, National Public Radio and network affiliates such as CBS and NBC. In addition she has been quoted in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, USA Today, Chicago Tribune, Consumers Digest, Shape Magazine, Good Housekeeping, Cosmopolitan, and numerous other publications.
In 1990, Dr. Harms developed a pilot project designed to provide care for developmentally disabled patients living in group homes, and in 1993 she earned the American Dental Association’s Access Recognition Award.
Dr. Harms is a former president of the Minnesota Dental Association and she has served as the Chair of the American Dental Association Council on Communications.
She is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Dentistry and completed a general practice residency program at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, IL.
