DrAllen Menkin

Bio

As “sort of an Army brat,” Dr. Allen Menkin saw a lot of Army bases during WWII. As a three year old he travelled on troop trains with his mother to North Carolina, Texas, and Oklahoma to visit his father who was a sergeant in the field artillery. His experiences, along with life-long interest in the war, particularly the battle for Budapest, form the basis for a novel he is writing.
