How should I use vaginal lubricants?

Use vaginal lubricants exactly as instructed on the product label. You can apply the lubricant at any point during intercourse or foreplay, depending on the amount of vaginal dryness experienced. Start with a small amount of lubrication and reapply at any point during intercourse if dryness reoccurs. The amount of lubricant used is largely based on personal preference.
