How do I manage my toxic bioaccumulation on a daily basis?

Dr. Jeanne Morrison, PhD
Family Practitioner

Avoiding further exposure to toxic substances is one of the most important ways to manage toxic bioaccumulation. Supporting the body with good nutrition, including nutritional supplements and antioxidants, will help the liver do its job of cleansing toxins from the blood. Exercising to stimulate the lungs will help release harmful substances. Drinking plenty of pure water will cleanse tissues of toxins and allow for perspiration to remove toxins through the skin.
