How do I perform a single leg medicine ball toss?

Standing on one leg keeping your knee slightly bent.  Stand facing a wall holding a medicine ball at your opposite side hip.  Contract your glutes, tuck in your chin and rotate your body, pivoting on your trailing leg.  Toss a medicine ball to the wall as your body rotates.  Catch the ball as it rebounds off the wall and quickly repeat with control on both sides.
