Unhealthy ingredients include: the five food felons:

  1. simple sugars,
  2. enriched (or bleached or refined) flour,
  3. added syrups like hFcs (corn sugar),
  4. saturated fats (four-legged animal fats, two-legged animal skin, coconut and palm oils), and
  5. trans fats.
