How can I strengthen my hands?

To strengthen your hands, try the finger squeeze:

Start with your arms extended in front of your body. Keep them at shoulder height, with your palms down.
  • Squeeze your fingers slowly, then release your fingers. Repeat this 5 times.
  • Now turn your hands so that your palms are facing up. Squeeze your fingers slowly, then release your fingers. Repeat this 5 times.
  • Turn your hands so that your palms are face down. Shake your fingers. Repeat this 5 times.
