Foods that may have hidden soy in them include: baby food, baked goods, cereals, coffee replacements, commercial vegetarian meats, vegetarian products, chocolate, candy, cheese substitutes, margarine, non-dairy creamers or dairy substitutes, processed meats, protein powders and supplements, sauces, condiments and spice mixes.
