Treat morning puffiness by sleeping with the head elevated on two pillows at night. Changing the diet and avoiding salty foods and alcohol will also help. If you have allergies, talk to a doctor about one of the newer non-sedating antihistamines such as Claritin that might help under-eye puffiness.
