How is shoulder trauma treated?

Shoulder injuries like bursitis, rotator cuff tears, and tendonitis are common across all age groups, from young athletes to older adults. However, many people don't see a doctor because they fear surgery. For most of the problems in the shoulder, doctors would prefer to try more conservative or non-invasive measures before resorting to a surgical procedure. These might range from anti-inflammatory medications, physical therapy and cortisone injections. More often than not, those can be things that are curative.

You can treat shoulder trauma either with therapy, surgery or a combination.
