The best candidates for a cosmetic rhinoplasty include those whom have a significant nasal deformity, have realistic expectations, and are psychologically ready for surgery. The anatomical design and proportion of each person's nose is quite different. Patients often present with large dorsal humps, poor tip projection, wide nasal alar bases, and sometimes breathing difficulties.
