How much pesticide is on conventionally raised produce?

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s tests have found widespread pesticide contamination on several fruits and vegetables found in most grocery stores. In recent analysis by the Environmental Working Group, at least one pesticide was found on 67 percent of the samples tested. Eleven percent of those samples had five or more different pesticide residues.
