What should I do if Roxicodone doesn't relieve my pain?

If the prescription medication Roxicodone (oxycodone) doesn't relieve your pain, tell your doctor. Do not increase your dose of Roxicodone or take the drug more frequently without your doctor's permission and instructions. Roxicodone is an effective pain reliever, but it can cause potentially dangerous side effects and even death if it's not used properly.
