How soon after starting Eylea will my symptoms improve?

People who participated in clinical trials of Eylea (aflibercept) usually had improvements in their vision, or no further loss of vision, soon after starting the drug -- in most cases within four weeks of receiving the first injection. Of the people who got the recommended dose of Eylea for a year, 94% had no significant further loss of vision and 31% had some improvement in their vision. Eylea is used to treat neovascular (wet) age-related macular degeneration, a condition that affects the ability to see straight ahead.
