What are the physical symptoms of a mental health problem?

People with mental health problems often also have physical symptoms. They may feel run down and tired all the time. Sometimes they have back, neck, or joint pain. They may gain or lose weight or have digestive problems. They may also have a rapid heartbeat. Sometimes the physical problems are related to behavior changes, such as difficulty sleeping or changes in eating patterns. Often people with mental illness have physical problems, such as headaches, that don't seem to have any real cause.
