What vitamins should I give a two year old?

The only recommended vitamin supplementation for infants and toddlers is vitamin D. Vitamin D helps prevent rickets, a failure of mineralization of growing bones in children. Also, if there is no fluoride in your water supply, your child should also be in fluoride supplementation starting at 6 months of age.
