What is a healthy ginger smoothie recipe?

Ginger Mango Smoothie

Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup DOLE® Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped crystallized ginger
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger (optional)
  • 2 cups DOLE Frozen Mango Chunks, partially thawed
Directions

Combine almond milk, pineapple juice and gingers in blender or food processor container. Cover; blend until ginger is finely chopped. Add mango, cover; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
