Ingredients
  • 1 medium DOLE® Banana
  • 8 oz. DOLE Frozen Tropical Gold Pineapple Chunks, partially thawed
  • 1 cup DOLE Frozen Blueberries
  • 2 containers (8 oz. each) nonfat blueberry yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (2 oz.) soy protein or whey powder
Directions
  • Combine banana, pineapple, blueberries, yogurt and soy protein in blender or food processor.
  • Cover; blend until smooth.
