What other drugs affect solifenacin succinate (VESIcare)?

Solifenacin (VESIcare) may cause adverse reactions when combined with some medications, including certain antidepressants, heart and heart rhythm medications, antibiotics, HIV/AIDS medications and medications used to treat psychiatric illness, such as thorazine. Solifenacin may also cause adverse reactions when combined with narcotic drugs. Before taking solifenacin tell your doctor if you're taking droperidol, halofantrine, chloroquine or arsenic trioxide.
Ask your physician for a complete list of foods and drugs that could cause a harmful interaction. Before taking this medication, tell your doctor all prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, vitamins and herbal supplements you are taking.
