Who should not take Nexium?

 People with allergies to the ingredients in Nexium should not take the medication. People taking other drugs that can interact with Nexium, such as blood thinners, cilostazol, clopidogrel, digoxin, diazepam, ketoconazole, iron, or HIV/AIDS medications, should talk to their doctor before taking Nexium. Pregnant women should discuss taking the medication with their doctor. Women who are nursing should not take Nexium.
