Pancrelipase tablets and powder may interact with certain medications, so talk to your doctor about all of the drugs and supplements you take. If you are taking antacids, such as calcium carbonate or magnesium hydroxide, you should check with your doctor before using pancrelipase tablets or powder. This medication also should not be taken with acid-blocking ulcer medications, such as famotidine and ranitidine.
