Should I talk to my doctor about my pheochromocytoma symptoms?

If you are having constant high blood pressure, are experiencing continuous stomach discomfort, nervousness and sweating, or rapid heart rate, be sure to talk with your doctor. These symptoms can indicate a serious medical condition, including pheochromocytoma. Having a family history of pheochromocytoma makes it more likely to have this condition. Untreated pheochromocytoma can lead to permanent heart damage, diabetes, or cancer. As with any appointment, be sure to speak with your doctor about the causes, symptoms, complications, and treatments associated with your condition.
