What is emotional feng shui?

Emotional feng shui is your inner emotional landscape. For good emotional and physical health, we need a balance of five basic emotions: fear, anger, sadness, love, and joy. Our intuition frequently speaks to us through these emotions, and sometimes, if we can’t hear the subtler message behind mixed emotions, a feeling of numbness, a feeling of nameless discomfort, we’re likely to not hear the intuitive message. Over time, that right brain emotion will end up going down into our body and create physical illness, and that will definitely get our attention.
