How do medications treat inner ear decompression sickness?

There is no effective medication for the treatment of inner ear decompression sickness. There are other treatment options, though. The most effective forms of treatment involve recompression or the respiration of pure oxygen. If these treatments are not applied, permanent damage to the inner ear and hearing loss can occur.
