The most common side effects associated with gadoteridol injection solution are nausea and changes in taste. Rare side effects include: low or high blood pressure, edema, increased heart rate, bradycardia, changes in electrocardiogram reading, cardiac arrest, atrioventricular nodal rhythm (an abnormal heart rhythm), vomiting, loose bowels, dry mouth, itchy tongue, increased saliva, difficulty swallowing, gingivitis, seizures, anxiety, dizziness, changes in mental ability, problems with arm coordination, episodes of staring, tremors, loss of consciousness, unresponsiveness, difficulty breathing, stuffy nose, coughing, wheezing, tingling or numbness of the skin, rashes, ringing in the ears, sweating, incontinence, changes in your voice, temporary deafness, turning blue and hives.
