Who should not use neomycin, polymyxin, and hydrocortisone?

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your doctor before using hydrocortisone, neomycin and polymyxin medication. Tell your doctor if you have had a past allergic reaction to this or other medicines. Hydrocortisone, neomycin and polymyxin should not be used in children. You may not be able to use hydrocortisone, neomycin and polymyxin if you have a skin infection or have recently had vaccinations. You may not be able to use hydrocortisone, neomycin and polymyxin if you have the measles, tuberculosis or have tested positive for tuberculosis. You may not be able to use this medication if you have an active cold sore, kidney disease, burned skin or thinning or wasting skin.
