What happens if I miss a dose of Bystolic (nebivolol)?

If you miss a dose of Bystolic (nebivolol), take it as soon as you remember. If you remember close to your next dosage time, skip the missed dose and take the next dose. Do not take a double dose to compensate for the missed dose. Do not suddenly stop taking Bystolic, as this can create severe chest pains or heart attack.
