Who should not take Isentress?

Isentress is not recommended for use in pregnant or breastfeeding women, as its effect on the fetus and baby is unknown. Ask your doctor if Isentress is safe if you take supplements, vitamins or medications such as rifampin and cholesterol lowering medications. Side effects of Isentress may be increased if you take cholesterol medications or atazanavir. Also, Isentress has not been studied in children.
