Clorazepate (Gen-Xene, Tranxene) has been known to have some side effects. Some are common, while others are less common but more severe. Talk to your doctor immediately if any of these symptoms become severe or do not resolve:
- Blurred or double vision
- Confusion
- Difficulty staying balanced
- Drowsiness, dizziness or slurred speech
- Dry mouth
- Headache
- Nervousness/anxiety
- Rash or any other sign of an allergic reaction
- Shaking or tremors of the arms or legs that cannot be controlled
- Tiredness
