What are some good rehab exercises for the elbow?

Bicep curls, triceps extensions, and wrist flexion and extension with light dumbbells are all good rehab exercises for the elbow. Stretching the forearm and wrist will also alleviate muscle tension on the elbow. Talk to a professional about which exercises are best for you.
