How is conduct disorder related to ADHD?

While more than 40% of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) have oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), many kids also have conduct disorder. The symptoms of conduct disorder are worse than those of ODD, with behaviors of severe aggression and unbridled hostility toward others. Children with conduct disorder often get in trouble at school and with the law. Children with ADHD who are hyperactive are more likely to have ODD and/or conduct disorder.
