Looking for ways to add extra activity to your week? You don't have to invest tons of time or energy
to get better and stronger. A little bit at a time is great. Here are a few easy ideas to get you started.
Every time you go on a walk or a run, add one or two minutes. Add two reps or a few pounds to your weights workout
every week. And I like this one the most. I call it the commercial challenge. Instead of fast forwarding through ads on your DVR,
let them play, and do some push-ups or plank or your favorite stretch all the way through.
Whatever it is, try something new. Nothing's more motivating than learning. [UPBEAT MUSIC]
