You can use avocados in so many different ways. I really love to use them as a sandwich spread in place of mayonnaise.

Most of us know that avocados are heart healthy, but did you know that they can give your skin an added glow?
The natural oils found in avocados help to hydrate your skin from the inside out. Avocados are very rich in vitamin C, E,
and lutein, which have anti-aging and anti-inflammatory properties. You can use avocados in so many different ways.
I really love to use them as a sandwich spread in place of mayonnaise. I also love to use them diced in tacos, in salads.
Another great way to use them is in smoothies. Very creamy, very delicious, it boosts any smoothie
that you're making. You can find avocados everywhere these days. Because they have a few different growing seasons, you can shop for them year round.
I like to keep a few of them on my countertop that way, whenever I want them, they're there, and ripe, and ready to go.
