Breakfasts with lots of protein don’t have to take a whole morning to prepare. You can make quick morning meals that are loaded with power-packed nutrients.

It's Monday morning. You're in a rush. The kids are screaming. And your choices for breakfast this morning are sugar or simple carbs.
Ugh. It doesn't have to be this way. Protein will get you off on the right foot. But who has time to make a three egg omelet?
Try this instead. Crack two eggs into a coffee mug and stir them. Pop them in the microwave for a minute,
add some hot sauce or pepper, and maybe put them onto a slice of wholegrain toast. Boom. Fast.
Filling. Basically instant breakfast. That's an easy habit you can start. It won't take much time, but it will help you get going.
