Raspberry overnight chia pudding (1 min)
This twist on oatmeal - packed with fiber and antioxidants - is a great way to start any day.

MAYA FELLER: If you like overnight oats, try this raspberry chia pudding. [MUSIC PLAYING]
Having chia pudding instead of overnight oats, it's just a little bit of a. Twist it has a different mouthfeel, and the nutritional profile is different.
You're going to get omega-3s and quite a bit more fiber than if you were just having traditional overnight.
Raspberries are pretty excellent because they're a great source of antioxidants, also vitamin C,
and they're relatively low in sugar. [MUSIC PLAYING] I love chia seeds because you can make an overnight delight.
They expand. They bloom when you soak them in this liquid. [MUSIC PLAYING]
The raspberry puree on top of the chia pudding adds a wonderful dose of vitamin C and truly makes it excellent.
For people who choose to start their day out with fruit, they know that they're giving themselves a nice dose of antioxidants, and they're also going
