Step up to the plate
Adding more vegetables into your diet can be simple. Be creative and add in some complementary flavors to enhance the way they taste.

There are so many ways to eat more fruits and veggies. Having a serving, or two, at every meal.
One of our favorite ways is also one of the easiest. Look at your dinner plate. Veggies should take up half of it.
And the rest can be protein, good carbs, and healthy fats. That way you know that you're getting a helping
of powerful, healthy foods. Add spices, olive oil, or garlic to your veggies to give them some extra pizzazz.
But make sure that side of the plate is rich in greens, yellows, and reds. It's an easy trick.
There's no measuring, no counting. No wondering, is this good for me? And even better, there's nothing wrong with stacking that side of the plate as high as you want.
