MAYA FELLER: This stir-fry is all the veggies you need in one pan.
Stir-fries can be such a creative way to get veggies onto your plate. You can use your favorite vegetables,
whatever you have on hand. [MUSIC PLAYING]
I love starting dishes with garlic, ginger, and scallions. They're giving you nutrients, and there's no added salt,
sugars, or fat in them. For this recipe, we're using 1 cup of frozen edamame.
Frozen veggies are just as nutritious as fresh vegetables. You just want to read the nutrition facts label and make sure that the ingredients are what
you actually want to consume. For a twist, we've swapped in cauliflower rice.
And cauliflower is a cruciferous vegetable that is filled with fiber. You're really going to have vitamins and minerals,
antioxidants, phytonutrients, all that are supporting your cardiovascular and cellular health.
