Oatmeal doesn’t have to be plain. There are lots of ways to add more oomph to your bowl in healthy and delicious ways.

Steel-cut oats are an awesome source of whole grains, and you can keep the flavors fun and interesting by trying new
ways to make them. Maybe you mix in some berries or sprinkle in some cinnamon. You could add in coconut flakes, a spoonful of smoothie.
Or a scoop of Greek yogurt or nut butter. A half scoop of protein powder might be good too. And hey, maybe top it with a few chocolate chips.
Go on. You deserve it. Just keep trying ways to make it fun and fresh, and you'll keep on loving it. And most importantly, getting the most out of it.
