the day. Do you want to end your day feeling as sharp as when you started, try these five strategies. Fill
up your cup with coffee, that is. A few cups of coffee
a day reduces your risk of Alzheimer's by more than 20%. Walk to lunch, regular
motored exercise can keep your brain and memory strong. Eat Mediterranean, that means
more fish, fruits, veggies, whole grains and legumes. It keeps you thinking young. Spice it up.
Indians have 75% less brain dysfunction and Alzheimer's at the same age compared to Westerners.
Researchers think it's because of a spice, some call it turmeric, some call it turmeric, a spice that's
found in curry. Five, play around a ping-pong, any sport that requires fast changes
