Through my own weight and health struggles, I began searching for answers, and I am proof of the effectiveness of changing your self-destructive behavior of poor eating and lack of exercise, into a life that is happy, and most of all, healthy. My own experiences guides me in coaching you on how to live a much happier and healthier life by changing your destructive lifestyle.  I want to revolutionize each client.
