Will a change in my bad eating habits influence others as well?

Think about the possible ripple effect of your journey to wellness! As you improve your diet and eating habits, you could very well influence your loved ones - siblings, parents, spouse, children - to do likewise. You may not bat 1,000, but if your change causes one loved one to kick the bad-diet habit,

Do I have to give up my favorite dishes for a better diet?
Healthy meals don’t have to be bland and boring. A better diet does not mean giving up all of your favorite dishes. Take mac and cheese. I have not taken any diabetes medication since July 27, 2003, the day before I had my surgery....  Full Post

I wear panty hose only when I want to. I buy fewer pairs, and when I do, I’m not paying that higher plus-size price. I can get them from a dollar store. I don’t, but I could! What does “better is good, but better is not easy” mean?
