Sue Hallowell

Bio

Sue George Hallowell, LICSW, attended the University of Virginia and received her MSW from  Boston College. She has been a social worker for 30 years. She has been in Private Practice since 1984 and works with adults with a variety of issues as well as doing much work as a couple’s therapist.  She was the Director of Inpatient Social work at Mass Mental Health Center and an Associate Professor at Simmons Graduate School of Social Work (adjunct) for 12 years.  She co-authored Married to Distraction with Dr. Hallowell. She has appeared on Dr Phil, Dr Oz and the Today show as well as several radio shows. She has presented at many workshops. She is the mother of 3 children and married to a man with ADHD
