Bio

As a researcher in clinical studies, and a health and fitness coach, I am dedicated to the evidence based fitness science presented by NASM. I thrive to make a difference in peoples lives by guiding them through their wellness journey, and educating them with the latest exercise science, weight management and nutrition knowledge I earned through countless studies. I believe in educating my clients rather than plain physical training, to change them to healthy and independent individuals.
Postnatal mothers, youth athletics and Senior clients are a big part of my experience.

I hate exercising, what should I do?
Learn something new-tennis, ballroom dancing, trapeze, bicycle or find a hiking trail and walk. If that is too much to ask then get a friend to join you. Misery loves company. Or if none of this works then get a book on tape and just walk 30+ minutes a day, so you educate yourself simultaneously.Full Post
