Bio

Ricky is a Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He has been personal training for 3 years and enjoys playing soccer in 3 different adult leagues throughout the year at a competitive level.


 From England, Ricky has played at a very high level competitive soccer throughout his life and is the player/coach/manager on all the teams he currently plays on. Ricky has trained individuals in preparation for both the US Marine Corp and Army National Guard, both requiring a highly demanding physical endurance and weight loss program. He has worked with women volleyball and youth/adult soccer teams with Speed, Agility and Quickness programs as well has giving seminars on various topics for fitness and wellness to all populations.


Ricky always emphasizes the fun element in fitness and wellness programs and is very empathetic to the individuals’ needs and circumstances while maintaining a high level of professionalism.


On his off days, he is a helicopter pilot and enjoys flying his family around the Big Apple and beautiful surrounding countryside.
