    Great job on the activity Randy! I answered your question about supplements on the group page. Here is what I posted. Hi Randy. No. I normally don't recommend much in the way of supplements. You should get your nutrients via whole foods so that your body is able to absorb them and utilize them correctly. You may want to consult your physician and have a blood test to see if you are deficient in anything. Let your doctor prescribe whatever may be necessary. I get all the nutrition I need via Shakeology. Its a shake mix that consists of over 70 whole foods including protein so I get everything I need that way. When you take synthetic supplements the "coding" in the nutrients found in whole foods are missing so your body doesn't know how to distribute what's in the supplement. Not to mention with all the binders in synthetic supplements, most do not get digested completely before leaving the body.
