My personal passion for health & wellness lead me to the fitness industry.  I'm enthusiastic in sharing my knowledge and motivational approach for clean, healthy eating and results driven exercise.  I enjoy helping clients achieve their fitness goals through balanced nutrition and a phased exercise program which builds a solid foundation for my client’s to progress in a safe & effective way.

By developing strong relationships with my clients I challenge them to push past their perceived limits to realize their full potential both in the gym and in their everyday lives.  My positive, “can do” attitude encourages my clients to finish strong in whatever they are striving to accomplish.

In my free time I enjoy staying active by working out, hiking, mountain biking and I relax by cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

I love meeting new people & being a part of their fitness journey.  Please feel free to contact me at emily.hollett@yahoo.com or send me a note on my wall.
