Dr. William Buchanan is Professor in the Dept. of Periodontics at the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry. Dr. Buchanan received DDS from UCLA School of Dentistry and certificate in Periodontology from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Buchanan is a Diplomate, of the American Board of Periodontology. Dr. Buchanan teaches full time and has a part-time practice limited to periodontics. Dr. Buchanan has 30 years of clinical and diverse clinical trials research experience. I have a special interest in the relationship of oral disease and pregnancy.
