I'm a retired teacher who now has more time to spend exercising.   I have a hip replacement and a knee replacement, but I am able to do most things except high impact workouts like running and jumping.  I joined Sharecare a little over a year ago and with the help of the great people on this site, I lost 20 pounds.  I have gained back three pounds but I know I can take it off and maybe a little more.  I continue to exercise and eat with my health and weight in mind.  I just started a Zumba class and restorative yoga.   My husband, who is a chef, and I enjoy cooking fresh, healthy meals with as much local food as we can.   I am also a transplant recipient and my weight loss has been a plus for my overall health.  My doctors are thrilled!
